Payments
All invoices must be paid in full by the specified due date to secure order. If not paid within 24 hours of the due date, the invoice(s) will be cancelled.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled and refunds issued in full at least one week prior to the order date, less any special ordered supplies.
For cancellations less than a week notice, a credit will be provided.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded on the actual order date
Delivery
Local delivery offered within a 15 mile radius of North Charlotte for a $10 base fee. Outside of local delivery area, $15 and up.
